Jackson, Mississippi has one of the highest homicide rates in the country. The city ended 2022 with 138 homicides, and 2021 with 160. In an effort to learn more about the problem, I sat down with Jessica Frazier. This is her story and the story of her organization – M.O.M.S. or Mothers of Murdered Sons.
